Canada

Led a team of 200 employee, assigned to define a global training strategy for our retail managers across Canada from onboarding to customer experience. Rapidly mandated of assuring the optimization of store opening process to minimize operational cost. Rudsak is a Montreal based, high end designer brand founded in 1994. It’s distributing Men and Women leather products through 34 stores and across e-commerce channels. Its generating annual revenues are about 90M CAD.

Supervised on a daily, monthly and annual basis all reporting, sales and operations. Led the culture shift initiated by the change of owners for the largest region. Mexx is a Worldwide Retail company founded in 1986. It’s distributing Men and Women clothing and accessories through stores and across e-commerce channels. Its generating annual revenues were up to 1 billion euros.
