Graduate Program :▪ 6th Mission: Export Finance – CIB (3 months): Brussels- Assisted in the structuration of ECA backed transactions.- Interacted with ECA's and different groups of the bank (Coverage, Structured Finance, Fixed Income...)- Performed financial analysis and drafted Credit Proposal intended to Credit Committee.- Participated in client meeting and designed LoI.▪ 5th Mission: Credit Analyst Team (coverage) – CIB (4 months): New York - Performed corporate financial analysis.- Assessed credit ratings and recovery rates.- Prepared Credit Proposal intended to Credit Officers.▪ 4th Mission: Credit CTBE – CIB (1 months): Brussels- Participated in the presention in Committee at Head Office of files exceeding local delegation. ▪ 3rd Mission: Credit Management CTBE – CIB (5 months): Brussels- Analysed existing Credit Processes (CIB, Domestic market,…) so as to spot (potential and existing) gaps and issues and propose solutions.- Participated in the design of an integrated Credit Process.- Designed templates, guidelines and userguides needed to implement the new processes.- Worked in close relationship with collaborators from both BNPP and BNPP-Fortis.▪ 2nd Mission: Real Estate Finance – CIB/CPBB (3 months): Brussels- Assisted Relationship Managers in their different tasks: ranging from financial analysis and design of indicative term sheets (intended to clients) to design of credit proposal (intended to Credit Committee) and file presentation in Credit Committee.- Analysed and evaluated credit proposal as part of a 5 weeks sub-mission in the credit division in charge of Real Estate Finance’s files (hosted in Risk within BNPP-Fortis).▪ 1st Mission: Retail Branch (2 months): Brussels- Experienced the various tasks and responsibilities of the different co-workers in a branch.
