New York Presbyterian Hospital, Resident Manager, Payson House 435 East 70th Street: a 400 unit high end rental that caters to NYP, Cornell and Columbia University doctors, scientists and administrators. The building is a 35 story 300,000 sq.ft mixed use building with commercial retail and offices. I was the Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan Director for the building. I supervised a 24 hour operation with a crew of up to 30 staff including temps. We turned over on average 100 units/year for the entry and exiting of internships

33WEA / Knickerbocker Management, Resident Manager: located on the upper westside on Freedom way as the Resident Manager. A 225 unit high end 50/30/20 rental building. I hired, trained staff, leased apartments and coordinated with the construction superintendent on the tco's and punchlist. I opened the building on time in November of 2007 and completed its move in of residents in June.

Jersey City Management Director of Operations for a group of investor's under the control of John Skelly (Jersey City Management, Continental Management and United Redevelopment) I was responsible for the operations of 2000 section 8 project based apartments in NY, NJ and MD. I was the broker on record for the leasing of apartments in New York. Managed two construction companies for the turnover of the units in all three states (NY, NJ, MD) Represented the sale of buildings in Brooklyn NY (1545 John Street)

The San Remo Tenant's Corp, Property/Project manager. Temporary contract to manage several luxury $5million+ apartment alterations for exclusive clientele shareholders on behalf of the cooperative. In addition, aided the resident manager and engineers from Lawless and Mangione on the development of the scope for the LL10/11 ongoing project.

Donald E. Axinn Company Commercial Property Manager: for the NJ and Rockland County, NY Properties. The properties were a mix of gross, net and triple net leases and ranged from 20,000 sq.ft(L&F Products, 102 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Montvale NJ) to 100,000sq.ft (IBM, 101 Paragon Drive, Montvale, NJ). As the landlord representative, I worked closely with the facilities managers of each tenancy providing assistance with services and contracts that were within the guidelines of the lease terms. Aided in the re-negotiation of the lease terms and did the showings for prospective tenants. I was also the project manager for the construction of a Montessori School in Edison, NJ and a 20,000sq.ft strip mall in Newburgh, NY.
