These comfort products for automotive seats are developed in a modular way and adaptable to the future seats of all known car manufacturers. In parallel, our team needs to be able to adapt our standard product to special customer wishes. A focus on a quick and efficient support to our customers is here a key. We need to support our customers with our expertise in comfort and help to find the optimum comfort level. As a market leader, it's even more important to follow the upcoming trends closely, to ensure all members of the team are experts that can support customer as well to ensure that current development processes get continuously improved to increase efficiency, reduce costs. To have also the responsibility over the CAD department that also support other product groups, give me some extra possibilities to optimize further the efficiency with the installation of a European in house built PDM system.(-> See David Moyaert as being the programmer of it).Of course, the fact of dealing with processes that overlap 2 development centers and 4plants in Europe makes the task not easier.
