My name is Maxime Schmidt and I am an online English ESL Teacher and Tutor. I am a Native English Speaker from Canada.ObjectivePersevere through new challenges to develop innovative abilities to enhance professional and personal efficiency and learn.Through my studies and diverse working environments, I have been able to develop the critical thinking and quick learning abilities needed to adapt and maneuver through any environment in order to obtain quality results. This has led me to acquire strong leadership skills, perseverance, and self-confidence. My ESL teaching experience and experience conducting seminars have allowed me to gain excellent communication skills by delivering coherent presentations in a confident and engaging manner. My experience teaching students of different ages (6-13) and levels, one-on-one or in groups and classrooms, has enabled me to understand the importance of being able to relate to them and speak at their level to allow clear communication and to show learning additional languages as attainable.I am a driven individual, with developed management and organizational skills. I have learned to deliver lessons in a dynamic and joyful way, being able to devise innovative lessons that stimulate interest and engage students with their learning. My experience teaching youth will enable me to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where I can modify my teaching style in accordance with the class or student dynamic. I bring energy and creativity in order to provide a positive classroom and work environment. I believe being able to connect with students and colleagues alike is an integral part of sustaining a healthy work culture.
