Deployment Team Coordinator
Current• Coordinate the work of the deployment team on a daily basis.• Ensure deployment and onboarding processes are well understood andfollowed.• Review the deployment plans prior to approval, validate and close thedeployment tickets, ensuring that all the actions have been completed.• Train new team members and ensure the readiness to work independently.• Identify the knowledge gaps and educate the team on the ongoing basis.• Make sure the training plans are up to date, all the onboarding activities havebeen completed• Support the team in developing and executing complex deployment plans.• Take part in the 30-60-90 review sessions of the deployment coordinators.• Provide feedback on the performance of the team members, assist employeesin developing development plans and setting yearly goals• Work closely with Customer Support, Account Management, Onboarding, Risk,BI, and other teams, to identify the priorities of the assigned requests andmanage the team load accordingly• Work with the new products, define and incorporate the flow into the day-to-day work of the Service Delivery team.• Reveal areas for improving existing processes for a bigger team, developingmore efficient templates, procedures, flows
