⚡️ Building from scratch an innovative IPP, focusing on Solar Corporate PPAs ⚡️. Building the strategy and gathering the dreamteam.. Structuring the offers, the financial models, development process, construction & O&M Process. Achivement : 300MWc of projects secured in 4 countries, with 40MWc under operation and construction in 40 months.

· In charge of sourcing and developing infrastructure PPP projects at equity level, with a focus on Africa and Asia.· Lead the tender process for the Nairobi - Nakuru - Mau Summit Highway, one of the first highway PPP of East Africa, up to commercial close.· Lead the tender process for the first highway concession in Japan (72km Aichi Toll Road) up to bid submission.. Origination of opportunitites and partnerships in various African countries (Kenya, Cameroun, Uganda, Benin,...)

• Management of a multicultural team of 10 engineers – Direct P&L responsibility• Manage the design and construction supervision of 2 major projects in Cambodia - Siem Reap Airport Extension ( Vinci Concessions) - Industrial campus, LEED certified ( Tiffany&Co)• Coordinate the business development activities for large infrastructure projects

• Lead several complex development projects throughout the successive project phases, from feasibility study to the final handover.• Directly involved in different kinds of contracts (PPP – Construction Lease - Sale before construction contracts)• Organized a proposal for a Construction Lease project (12 M€ - won in April 2012) - Feasibility study, preparation of financial model, and identification of the partners - Project presentation and investment appraisal note for the board committee. - Management of in-house expert to coordinate the final submission (financial, legal and technical) • Developed two accommodation projects, sold before construction (27M€) - Management of the contractual and financial structuring of the project - Deeply involved in the design coordination, during the detailed design phase: selection of the designers, and coordination of the consultants.

• Provided support for the tender management of a 12MWp solar plant project.• Carried out various financial simulations of solar plant projects (DCF method, calculation of IRR and NPV)

• Developed a program to simulate the energy consumption of a building (VBA)

Performed statistical analysis of a data base in order to optimise the bridges maintenance
