Setting-up of a Video Conference System for the University of Medicine of Ho Chi Minh City.At first, the idea was to create a live music TV website where bands, musicians would log on and broadcast their music live. The public would have been able to browse through a list of musicians playing live all over the world. It would have been free to watch amateurs, bands playing in their garage. There would have been a small fee to watch famous bands and singers live.Anyway, we did use our system at the University of Medicine of Ho Chi Minh City to broadcast a conference by lecturers from the University of Boston.

Created a catalog of products with suppliers in Vietnam, made the website.Contacted customers in France and USA.Organized the logistics with shipping companies.

Designed the website. Took care of relationship with suppliers and customers. But, as Tuan was just starting his company, I think he mostly needed motivational support, we'd spend a lot time talking about the strategy, building confidence.
