- Manage customer portfolio (south-east of France, Southern Germany, Swiss & Polska) : • Ensure regular technical and sales visit, • Identify & qualify customer needs in terms of FEV testing solutions, • Ensure sales cycle, from prospection to getting order, • Build, lead & write customer proposal, in relation with the business experts, • Promote existing and new solutions to prospects, • Present sales proposal to customers .- Follow progress of projects, technical discussions, and exchanges with customers.- Participate in trade shows.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools & process.- Develop communication content, in partnership with the marketing team.

• Organisation of pre-sales activities, thanks to presentation/demonstration of products, analysis of specifications, fulfilment of benchmark, writing of financial and technical proposal, involvement in marketing events,• Proactive services to sales team, or directly to customer, to propose innovating project, improve collaboration and develop account, and lead to prospect,• Technical customer account management, with working on relationship and trust, following-up current configuration and managing of project, and proposal of new development axis (based on product portfolio),• Insurance, thanks to regular call and visit, that the products answering well to customer needs, just as identify limitations or issues to keep going and develop accounts,• Technical assistance directly (advanced study, methodology) on site,• Organise and deal with post-sales activity • Management and training on sold products,• Services (study, development) for customer (intern or extern),• Transmit and discuss with R&D teams (Editor) about market expectations, axis to develop, feedback from customer, proposal for new features.

• Performance of study and virtual model of restraint components (thermodynamical and structural analysis), discussion and solution proposal to product R&D team, evaluation (time and resource) of study for department,• Monitoring and comparing lab tests with product development team,• Development, expert assessment et deployment of methodologies and tools (fluid/structural) for department,• Technical supervision, support et training (France and India),• Responsible of software editor support inside company.

• Étude théorique (recherche bibliographique et réalisation de calcul) et expérimentale (pilotage du dispositif, planification de la matrice d’essais) de l’échange thermique structure-fluide à ébullition, dans les chambres d’eau de moteur, en collaboration avec l’entreprise Renault.• Force de proposition sur les matrices d’essais.• Fourniture de rapport et présentation des résultats en interne et au client.
