With over nine years of work experience in the packaging and venture capital industries, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create value and impact through strategic and financial initiatives. As the Director of the Upgrades and Retrofits Division at BOBST, a global supplier of equipment and services to packaging and label manufacturers, I oversee the development and implementation of business growth objectives and roadmaps for this key segment. I am motivated by the challenge of finding innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders.Prior to my current role, I was the Manager of Corporate Development and M&A at BOBST, where I led multiple transaction deals from sourcing to closing, and drove joint efforts with business partners to generate new business models and solutions. I also built a new M&A and PMI process that resulted in accelerated and rigorous deal execution. I leveraged my skills in private equity funding, M&A modeling, and corporate finance, which I acquired from my previous experience as a Venture Capital Analyst at SquareOne Venture Capital and from my education at Universität St.Gallen, ESADE Business School, and CEMS.
