Hello, I am Maxime,Thank you for visiting my profile and for your interest. Here under a small overview of the person who I am.After I graduated at high school in Belgium, I went to live for one year in Paraguay where I’ve learnt to be flexible, open-minded and developed my social skills and entrepreneurial spirit. On my return, I went to study Bio-engineering at the UGent with a specialization in environmental sciences. My first professional challenge started at EPAS as consultant in the waste water business. My main duties were auditing and following up waste water treatment plants in different industries and training other professionals active in waste water treatment. After two years, I decided to join Waterleau as a process and commissioning engineer where I was responsible for the start-up of waste water, process water and water re-use treatment plants across the entire globe, from Africa to North America and South America. To successfully solve the technical and human challenges at Waterleau, I had to be entrepreneurial and eager to learn. I’ve learnt to work towards solutions, alone or with the back-up of my colleagues, to solve the problems and to obtain our team goals. After 4 years in this position, I have received the opportunity from Waterleau to move for two years to Macau, to assist the local team on the expansion project of the existing waste water treatment plant and the daily O&M tasks.If you want to discuss concerning sustainable solutions for drinking water, process water, wastewater and water reuse, you can contact me through a private message.
