I had to take in account the disponibility of tools, the skills of the technicians (since electricity is a highly regulated field, it is not possible to assign a person to a task for which he/she did not recieve an official training) and travel optimization.I had to make phone calls to take appointments and to explain procedures to customers.

Used Microsoft Excel and VBA to :- Created a visual skill chart containing all the information about all the Loire's Enedis technicians. This chart is now used in the planning unit of Loire and by all the technicians' managers.- Developed a skill search wizard- Designed a chart in which appears all the people who are on call for each week of the year. The chart is filled before the year starts and during the year, each week, an on call duty sheet is generated and sent via mail to each technician unit.
