I was responsible for the overall strategy, budget and delivery of sales figures for Blacktrace’s six product brands. To achieve this I strongly relied on my skills and people I worked with: I recruited and managed a team of 7 and worked closely with the managers from the other departments to coordinate all activities.I acted as Product Manager for the Dolomite Microfluidics brand, achieving multi-millions pound revenue, on track with the business plan.

I rose through the ranks of the Applications and Support team to head and manage that team. I recruited, trained and structured a team of 6 which was responsible for making our customers happy (installations, training, technical support...) and create enthusiasm about our products. We achieved an average NPS of +65.
