Lead Manager
Current- Assuming responsibility for all presales activities including first-contact emails, elaboration of financial offers, preparation of comprehensive tender documentation, and feeding leads with all requested info until contract signature.- Ensuring internal and external information flow with customers & prospects.- Participation in B2B conferences.- Maintaining a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accurate (website, social media channels, brochures, sales documents), and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.- Writing press releases, news flashes, advertorials, social media feeds, and submitting information to trade magazines.- Support in the redaction of Legal and Contractual documents. - Supporting the planning and follow-up of all B2B activities.
