As a Business Manager, I am responsible for the commercial success of my team of 15 investment experts and Personal Banker Premium for KBC Brussels South. I work as an organizational manager, a commercial animator, and a learning coach for my colleagues in the domain of investments. As a Personal Banker Premium at KBC Brussels, I manage a portfolio of individuals owning from 250 000 to 750 000 euros at the bank, just before the Private Banking story begins. Although my first role is wealth management, I also am the first contact person at the bank for my clients. Developing and growing my client basis internally and externally is also an exciting part of my job.Besides this job made for private persons, I also took the challenge of specializing in investments for companies. The Young Professional Program at KBC Brussels is a specific program tailored for young graduates. The aim is to develop the knowledge and working proficiency of university graduates at a faster rhythm during their first 5 years of work.Although this program stopped earlier (3 years in my case), KBC Brussels is still investing in growing me up professionally at a much faster pace linked to my learning capacities.Thanks to the YP program, I learned the basics of retail banking and investments during the first 6 months at KBC Brussels, learning with different experts in different branches, combined with internal courses at headquarters.

Als Relatiebeheerder Partner Plus op de KBC kant van KBC Brussels gedurende de fusie met CBC, heb ik de volledige bank relatie van mijn klanten in portefeuille behandeld. Toch, mijn hoofdrol was als beleggingsexpert voor cliënten met een beleggingsportefeuille van 25 000 tot 250 000 euros.
