As head of the R&D group, I ran a product development and project management team for VOX, a market leader in voicemail software. My role was to architect the software and ensure that development matched the requirements of the marketing group. As a member of the board of directors, I was also responsible for identifying future trends in technologies and explaining their impact to the board.
