As a Valuation and transaction advisory services Partner at Crowe HAF (Paris), I strive to provide to my clients (corporate as much as private equity funds) a superior quality of service focusing on their specific needs, industry insights and valuable investment decision-making information they need to know.I started my career in 2007 at EY Paris then joined Crowe HAF in 2011. Throughout my career in valuation and business modelling, Transaction support services and Audit, I have acquired a tremendous amount of valuable experiences which enables me to provide high-quality professional services in a wide range of investment situations. In addition to my very wide range of industry knowledge, I have a significant exposure to the renewable energy sector (and infrastructure in general) for which I am passionate. I also have a specific in-depth expertise in LBO transactions and VC Financing and provide a wide range of services in this context (financial due diligence, valuation of management packages, contribution in kind audit, independent valuation for ESOP purposes, purchase price allocation, business modelling, financial model due diligence…).I also have an in-depth knowledge of fairness opinions in the context of tender offers with more than 30 operations and counting. In this framework, I conducted a study on 300 tender offers operated between 2006 and 2016.I also teach management packages valuation at the University of Lyon 2 for the Master in Valuation degree and provide training sessions at France Invest and CCEF on valuation in general. I am also in work groups and active member of the professional valuation societies in France such as APEI and SFEV and a member of the CFA Society France.
