Founded in the middle of a global pandemic, the need for communication is now more important than ever. Using expertise in health and science communication and over 7 years of work in the private, public and industry sectors, I help clients achieve their communications, marketing or public relations objectives using a variety of services. Clients include: national patient organizations, the academic and government sectors, and international organizations.

Happy to have been selected as a member of Ontario Health's East Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). We will work to improve patient-related care for Ontarians for Ontario's eastern region.

Started in 2018, the Patient Advisors Network (PAN) is a national non-profit, independent and non-governmental organization which serves as a community of practice for patient advisors, their families and caregivers across the country.As a member of the Steering Committee, I am involved in the legal, financial, and day-to-day management of the organization. I am also directly involved in the redevelopment of PAN's communications, and act as an official representative on key projects moving forward.

On May 4, 2022, I join the brand new Office of Public Confidence in the Intersectoral Collaboration Directorate under the Strategic Policy Branch. Principally responsible for the creation of the Agency's Public Confidence Resource Centre.

I have facilitated workshops on a variety of topics that affect youth, such as combating assimilation, finding your own identity, building leaders and bringing awareness to mental health and the dangers of bullying.I have toured all over Ontario facilitating these workshops, and assisted at FESFO's major events that bring together francophones from across the province.

In March of 2020, University of Ottawa President Jacques Frémont has requested that I be part of their Advisory Committee on Mental Health and Well-being. We are tasked with doing an environmental scan of best practices regarding mental health and well-being that other post-secondary institutions are implementing, do listening tours of uOttawa campuses, and developing a report with recommendations on the path forward.

Often considered the go-to person for tech support, innovative uses of technology, and web / online / programming de-bugging projects for the team.

I have provided hands-on support for youth between the ages of 15-29 by assessing their needs and helping them write their resumes, getting interview tips, as well as facilitating weekly workshops on these subjects or topics that concern youth employment. I have created regular content for social media to engage with youth, and have produced on-line video content for future consultation.
