• Controlling
• Analyze of the variation of the consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow and ageing
• Review of application of IFRS methodology (mainly IFRS 9 during pandemic period)
• Improve quality of submission by following up improvement point (such as information missing on specific account or cross validation rules)
• Monthly review of corporate costs with analysis of variation versus budget and forecast.
• Provide stakeholders with information needed on a monthly basis.

Luxembourg

• Consolidation
• Working on new acquisition (valuation and PPA establishment) and deconsolidation of entities
• Preparation of sub-consolidation of one Operation (on a quarterly basis)
• Responsible of full consolidation process which include Equity reconciliation, CTA, NCI, Goodwill
• Responsible of communication with external audit team
• Help in the preparation of “flash” report sent to management which summarize all KPIs.

• Consolidation
• In charge of manual journal entries at consolidation level
• Reconciliation of intercompany figures at consolidation level (PL and BS)
• Preparation of sub-consolidation of one Operation (on a quarterly basis)
• Analysis of variation of Balance Sheet items at group level
• Helping in the monthly consolidation checklist (Equity, CTA, NCI, Goodwill reconciliation)

• Accounting
• In charge of the booking of Bank (daily transactions, and bank reconciliation during the monthly closing).
• Responsible for the Payable Accounts (booking of invoices, and reconciliation of Supplier Accounts).
• Responsible of accruals and prepayments done during the monthly closing.
• Booking of Fixed assets.
• In charge of booking of salaries and reconciliation with the bank statement.
