Project: Taiba HospitalIn charge of mobilization of staff & subcontractors on a 100+ FTE project (Technical, Housekeeping staff...) with a strict respect to the bid budget.Staff Recruitment: re-allocation of staff from existing projects or recruitment of new staff including retention of Client's staff.Engaging RFQ process with +20 subcontractors for +10 scope of works, negotiating T&C's with preferred bidder in coordination with legal counsel team in Head Office.CAFM Implementation on this project and all ENGIE projects in Kuwait.

Bid Management: answer to tender invitations, bid management (solution, estimation, tender pack answer), governance, customer presentation and legal T&C's negotiations.Major Milestone: Signature of a Total Facility Management KPI Contract with Taiba Hospital, the first of its kind in Kuwait.
