Internship in the Deal Advisory – Transactions & Restructuring, Transaction Services division • Support in preparing a financial due diligence report for the cross-border merger of two listed technology firms • Contribution to the buy-side due diligence of a German mechanical engineering manufacturer on behalf of a private equity firm • Creation of a client service team meeting presentation on an SDAX listed corporate group

Internship in the Audit - Banking division• Participation in conducting a special audit of a major German bank • Involvement in the annual audit of a Japanese commercial bank’s subsidiary • Execution of process mapping and control tests
