Designed, developed and implemented strategic plans for the organization in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Chicago office of the Princeton Review which includes 4 full-time employees, 4 part-time employees, and 80 part-time instructors.

Used recruitment tools to ensure adequate number of teachers for courses running in the Chicagoland area. Managed the Princeton Review instructor database and audited teacher availability. Scheduled instructors on course every week, insured all teachers were meeting their scheduled obligations, and troubleshooted any of the teachers’ concerns. Provide customer support for students in HS and Grad programs. Instituted programs that improved customer service, resulting in a 17 point increase in the Chicago office’s net promoter. Implemented a training program to improve Illinois’s instructors’ ability to discuss tutoring, resulting in an increase of add-on tutoring purchases. Implemented efficiency measures to increase profitability which resulted in increased profitability by $258,000 for 2016 over 2015. Returned to the position of Operations Manager after the Executive Director position was eliminated in a company wide restructuring.

Managed all the day to day operations of the law firm; including payroll, marketing, billing, and office logistics. Defended clients in court on criminal proceedings.
