Next to my master studies in International Management at Utrecht University, I worked in the law department of Generali Deutschland AG. I helped to respond to lawsuits against the Generali and prepare documents for our lawyers that are needed for court. Doing that for over two years has taught me to work responsibly with sensible data. Furthermore, I was quickly able to adapt and function well in the law department although never having studied any law. After graduation, I started the Graduate Lion talent program at Generali, which is a two-year trainee program in which the participants are able to do 3-6 month project assignments in different departments. So far I have done a 6 month project at the Cash Services department, in which I designed and helped create a KPI dashboard for the KPIs of our Inkasso partners. Furthermore, I have successfully completed a 6 month project at the Sales Controlling department, where I helped to redesign the new business reports for our three sales channels Exclusive, Broker, and Direct.
