After my journey as an employee at the regional bank, I became an independent financial consultant in order to have my own customers, serve better quality and offer the best possible financial products. In one year I built deep customer relationships with >75 clients alongside my wedding film business. My first step into self-employment was to start with wedding films and image films for companies. After my first try to acquire customers at an industrial fair was very unsuccessful, I invested a few weeks into building online marketing funnels. After a couple of days, I generated a dozen of high-quality leads. The opportunity to advertise on social media platforms can be so efficient and scalable that I started an online marketing business to advertise for other service providers and product companies.
