I am an honest and hard-working and really creative person who always tries to solve problems and adapt to new marketing strategies that help boost the growth and reach of SMEs or larger companies. I studied and graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Tecmilenio University in Monterrey, Mexico.During my studies I worked for projects that simulated real situations in which we had to develop well-constructed strategies to obtain the best results.As I continued my studies, I also worked for 3 years for a wholesale cell phone and equipment distribution company. I helped in the creative process of developing advertising campaigns and the dates and times of their publication. I worked together with the Digital Marketing agency Hyper Digital who, apart from helping to plan the paid campaigns, guided me in the use of meta business and teamwork tools such as slack and WhatsApp business.When my contract finished, I quickly joined Netatech for IT Recruitment. I've been working for 2 years with Netatech developing quick screenings and organizing video meetings for validating experience and skills. Also providing coaching-like tips for candidates to improve and master resume building to present them in the best, most profesional way to the best opportunities with North American clients.
