1) Development and execution of the North American Manufacturing Strategy. -> Leading the strategy of Mexico Operations and footprint reorganization by making clusters of technologies, synergy between processes and material/resources optimization. — +60 Mio. USD Invest to achieve 4.39 Mio USD per year savings.— More than 30 000 m² added to the facilities to receive new technologies and additional capacity for upcoming business with a lean mindset. (Hot Stamping, Armored Car Kits, Aluminum Welding and E-Coat)— Supplier management for civil, mechanical and electrical works.->Leading the strategy and execution of a new site launch. Strategical planning to decide the best location. Brand-new facility from a green field.— Due diligence, site acquisition, plant design to suit our needs, building engineering, general contractor nomination and civil works kick-off.— Hot Stamping, Cold Stamping, Welding and Painting processes planned for an operation of 650 FTEs and more than 100 Mio.
