- Integrity management at Oil & Gas processing plants and oilfield facilities. - Assessment of best maintenance strategies for each equipment, according to risk evaluation, reliability and budget considerations.- Planning and supervising inspections and repairs for piping, tanks, vessels, pipelines, valves, engines, pumps.- Analysis of inspection results, risk evaluation and failure investigations to improve future maintenance strategies.- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards and legal requirements.- Coordinate the work of field supervisors, non-destructive testing technicians and cathodic protection technicians.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:- Conducted the first In Line Inspections in the main Oil and Gas pipelines in the area, including planning, doing the previous maintenance jobs, organizing tasks with multiple contractors, supervising the inspection and operating pig launchers. Afterwards, analyzed the results, conducted fitness for service calculations and carried out a direct inspection project, with diggings, non-destructive essays and repairs.- Developed an Integrity Management System based on risk analysis for all the pipelines in the Oilfield; that is, more than 1000 km of buried pipelines. This was presented as my Final Project for my Postgraduate Diploma as Specialist in Maintenance Engineering and Management.
