Sono nato con una mente analitica, caratteristica risultata utile per conseguire la laurea al Politecnico di Milano, ma con una spiccata e naturale dote verso le relazioni che mi ha portato ad intraprendere una carriera in ambito commerciale. Da oltre 20 anni mi occupo di sviluppo del business e vendite, nel settore dei servizi di consulenza in riorganizzazione aziendale, controllo di gestione e business intelligence, informazioni creditizie ed analisi del rischio. Ho iniziato da Account e, con grande impegno e passione (ho visitato più di 8000 aziende personalmente), sono arrivato a creare e gestire team di persone dedicate alla vendita, costruendo un network di collaboratori fidelizzati nel tempo e sviluppando un’intelligenza emotiva fondamentale per gestire le relazioni ed il Team con la massima soddisfazione reciproca. Sono una persona semplice e di origini umili, affidabile ed onesta, che ha sempre lavorato con serietà, passione e rispetto verso l’azienda ed i clienti, cosa che mi ha portato al successo nel tempo. Negli ultimi anni mi sono dedicato anche alla gestione del budget delle vendite ed ho completato un Master in Sales Management nel 2016. Sviluppare il business direzionale, gestire il P&L, coordinare la squadra e le relazioni, è il lavoro che mi appassiona e vorrei continuare a svolgere sempre con chi ha progetti di sviluppo e dove il Team, la qualità del lavoro e della vita siano posti come obiettivo primario e condiviso.UNA VITA SEMPRE IN SALITA!
