Together with the CMO, I created a development strategy for the product. After that, I created a sales department. I hired the team, onboarded and trained it.

Communication with key clients. I introduced digital instruments to simplify the working process for our partners and solve technical issues. I worked as a bridge between key customers and different departments of our company such as the technical department, legal department, and many others.
