Having a general vision of the business and acting as facilitator for the fulfillment of the established objectives. From the area, we perform the Personnel Administration and payroll. In the areas where the company operates, we have positioned ourselves as an employer brand.I coordinate compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection regulations. I participate in the certification of the quality standards Iram 324/2010 of Good Manufacturing Practices, attending the Re-certification Audits.I coordinate the Project for the Inclusion of People with DisabilitiesBetween 2011 and 2012, I carried out the Start up of the area together with the CEO and General Management of the company, which consisted in the elaboration and implementation of Human Resources policies and plan.
