Investment Holding and Company Builder for digital business models that launched after the dotcom bubble very successful online subscription models. We tested ideas very fast, got traffic on the platforms and based on the conversions we build the companies - from dating platforms, and online video recorders to affiliate agencies. We grew to over 400k monthly subscribers globally. I was responsible for the internalization (17 companies in 3 years) and our partner network in the US, Hong Kong, France, San Marino, Cyprus, Germany & Switzerland.A main focus was on online payment systems (500k transactions p.a.) and the distribution network (affiliate partner globally) in the respective countries as well as finding inefficiencies in our business processes to reduce cost or increase reach (diverse P&L software optimization initiatives).• Manage and develop the portfolio to 17 shareholdings (100%) in 6 countries,• Manage consolidation of financial data for 17 group companies in 6 countries: definition of bookkeeping manual, outsourcing of the bookkeeping, implementation and consolidation,• Restructure the company and the portfolio on tax and legal (liability, copyright) aspects,• Initiate and manage (as an incubator) international rollouts for 6 companies (access provider and affiliate agency) in 2 countries: define expansion strategy and target groups,• Set up companies in difficult accessible countries (San Marino, 4 active companies),
