My role as secretary involved being responsible for registering the club’s credentials with the Home Office and national target shooting organizations, as well as liaising with the local police force. During the normal running of the club, I regularly attended practice sessions to help with the general running of the club. I also acted as secretary for the various meetings held throughout the year.

I took care of all club equipment-related duties such as maintenance and ordering new equipment to replace and/or upgrade current equipment, this includes regular budgeting and auditing of club equipment.During my time in this role, I drove the club forward updating the club bows to a more modern standard and replaced the club targets.I also assisted members with their own equipment problems, coach, and created risk assessments for many club-related activities
