As a CTO I participated in business meetings with partners and customers.Also, I managed small cross-functional remote teams of developers and testers. Hiring process was one of my responsibilities. For 2 years I built the team of engineers who developed and delivered software for clinics, hospitals, health insurance companies and pharmacies across UAE and the company took 90% of the market using that software.
