Supervision and coordination of the assigned personnel (internal team and contractors). Plans and implements work programs covering following activities (cathodic protection, coating, internal corrosion monitoring, miscellaneous corrosion inspection ) of pipelines, tanks and pumping station according to of project technical, safety, governmental and environmental specifications and standards. Analyzes related corrosion results and recommends remedial measures. Plans and evaluates the results of (cathodic protection surveys, monitoring programs on coatings, survey results from electrochemical probes, intelligent pipeline tool inspection) intended to confirm the effectiveness of deployed systems.

Project coordination and quality control of contractors (schedule, cost budgets, and quality) inspection (coating, cathodic protection, internal corrosion monitoring ). Reviews corrosion mitigation measures for new facilities projects and modifications (trunk pipelines, well casing, tanks) OJSC Gazprom. Daily, monthly and finally reports on the results of the all activities and status related to inspection. Development of standard specifications, technical reports. Checking construction documents, specifications, acts performed inspection.Review and approval of inspection plans and budget control for the next inspection. Participation in the procurement activities. Meetings with contractors, seminars, selectors for inspection.

Supervision and coordination of the works (internal team and contractors) on inspection including: Internal and external visual inspections of coating, thickness measurement of pressure vessels, airfin exchangers, pipelines, tanks. ICCP and SACP, rectifier survey, test station survey, control of insulating covers, CIPS, DCVG survey, Pearson survey, and soil surveys. Provide systems maintenance and operational troubleshooting of electrical and control equipment at cathodic protection systems, compressor station, metering stations and block valve stations.Carry out of works with the design documentation and cathodic protection system drawings. Verification of completeness & correctness of “ as built drawings”. Performed work in accordance with standard engineering specifications: API, NACE, GOST and according to the approved work schedule. Daily, monthly and finally reports on the results of the all activities and status related to inspection.

Development and coordination of the Plan of Works on inspection including: external visual inspections of paint, coating insulation, cathodic protection of pipelines and pumping station; rectifier survey, test station survey, CIPS, DCVG , Pearson surveys, and soil surveys of the main oil pipelines OJSC «Transneft». Carry out inspection on the main oil pipelines according to project technical, safety, governmental and environmental specifications and standards. Daily, monthly and finally reports on the results of the all activities and status related to inspection. Control of field work in accordance with standard technical documents.
