A biomedical sciences undergraduate at Arizona State University-Tempe who is keen on elevating his engineering, technical, research, and practical medical clinic skills through internship roles that offer hands-on experience in a professional environment. As a first-generation college student, Max is passionate about empowering the next generation of diverse college students and guiding them beyond their boundaries to pursue a higher education focused on STEM. As a former SHPE de ASU's Outreach Director of Jr. Chapters, Max has dedicated time with his colleagues to reach out to local K-12 schools to host STEM-related activities/workshops, informal discussions about college, and to build his network with students, faculty, and professionals.
