Sea Catch is an upscale Contemporary American Seafood Restaurant nestled in the Canal Square Building surrounded by several established Art Galleries in Georgetown Washington, DC. It has been around for over 20 years and is a local secret and favorite among several highly reputable hotels in the city for its glistening classical marble, warm glow of it's multiple fireplaces, antique wooden trim it exudes an atmosphere of elegance, and exceptionally fresh and diverse seafood menu from around the world. The restaurant is perched on the side of the C&O Canal in one of the cities most historic buildings "The Birthplace of the Computer."

I was a volunteer at a non-profit community broadcasting organization based in Arlington, Va. It has a small paid staff, but the majority of the people are volunteers. A.I.M (Arlington Independent Media) is a place to get training and certification in television production (camera work, editing, lighting, and broadcasting). It's an outlet for people interested in networking with other multi-media enthusiasts. Though AIM's studios are not for commercial production in is a great way to meet many people of various backgrounds and skill levels in Mass Communication. My favorite achievement there was working on the United for Peace and Justice: Operation Ceasefire Event in March 04. We taped the war protest and concert on the National Mall leading into the Iraq war and it was broadcast via Free Speech TV to all 50 states.It featured speakers like Rev. Al Sharpton, Activist Cindy Shehan... and Artist like Joan Baez and Thievery Corporation
