I am charged with coupling strategic planning with functional depth and understanding of balancing and driving business objectives within organizational goals. I was accountable for strategic leadership/management of USA, LATAM, and Philippines Talent Acquisition teams within the technical vertical. Specific focus includes creating a value proposition and making Verizon the employer of choice, providing client management resolution on all staffing/recruiting related activity, and most importantly an advocate of driving change that allows us to serve our customers better and faster.
