Worked within the IBM Operations Team powering the championships at Wimbledon. I was given the responsibility of leading our team of 14 interns. This included; creating their rota, co-ordinating and leading a dress-rehearsal, resolving issues throughout the championships and ultimately ensuring all the team were enjoying themselves!I also managed our IBM Experience Kiosk which saw almost 8,000 visitors throughout the championships, featured on Eurosport, Wimbledon’s YouTube and Hosted Pro Tennis Players.Besides my main duties, I was also always willing to ‘muck in’ and helped out with a plethora of tasks from carrying boxes across the site to data analysis on tennis games.
