StrikeMagazine a student run organization at Florida Atlantic University has taught me how to deal with different clients, planned compositions of the photoshoots, and used various photographic techniques and lighting. I have been featured in 3 issues of the magazine starting in Issue '05 in May of 2022. Currently, I just finished my third issue and am planning on being apart of this program until I graduate. StrikeMagazine has allowed me to learn from my other peers who have the same passion of photography as me. Working with a diverse group of models has opened up my interest and pushed me to reach higher goals.

I'm thrilled to announce that after completing Castle Group's Property Management summer internship program, I have been offered the position of Assistant to the Property Manager, Bobby Adzemovic, at Oceans Edge Beach Condominium.Our building is currently undergoing a significant 2-year project that includes concrete restoration, repainting the garage floor, installing new railings, replacing the trash chute, and managing daily operations. Additionally, I successfully completed the property's capital asset binder, overseeing inventory and capital.

I completed an 8-week internship with Castle Group's Property Management program. During this time, I had the opportunity to work under the guidance of the property manager at two beach condominium properties in Boca Raton and Highland Beach.This experience allowed me to interact with residents, gain insights into the complex responsibilities of property management, and undertake various projects. It provided a unique blend of hospitality and project management, enriching my understanding of both fields.

Worked with different departments to ensure the correct payment amounts per trucking routes were in a timely manner, verified and recorded transactions, resolved account discrepancies and performed other tasks to secure the trucking companies payments.

Monitored behaviors for safety violations of the patrons. Maintained strong proficiency in CPR, First Aid and rescue techniques to provide optimal support to individuals under distress. Kept equipment in proper good working order with frequent inspections and minor repairs.
