Senior Proposals Engineer/Project Manager

-Customer specification (RFQ) analysis. Making decisions regarding the most relevant equipment that may be used to solve Customer problem best.-Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for a wide range of compressor and rotating equipment (screw, piston, membrane, centrifugal compressor packages, industrial fans) for oil&gas industry as per API 617,618,619 and/or local FSU standards.-Selection of screw, piston, membrane, centrifugal compressors in special selection programs. Selection/calculation of centrifugal and axial fans. Gas analysis.-Negotiations with Customers regarding the technical and commercial part of the projects: scope of supply, materials, type of equipment used, price-Working in close contact with product business units specialists (proposals engineers, project managers, sales engineers, AFM service, etc..)-Leading the office proposals environment, allocating resourses in order to get all the Bids done in time and in good quality Project manager duties: - Leading of contracts/projects with compressor units (screw compressors,Roots blowers)- Scheduling of project realization, checking current milestones, coordination andcontrol of departments involved in project execution - Coordination and approval for all design and contract documentation of projectwith design institutes/end-users/customers-Suppport for Customer during Customs clearance of the equipment-Project support after delivery and start up process (in touch with Service dpt.) Achievements:-Successful leading the proposals stream in Howden Russia.-Development and implementing proposal engineers KPI’s-Nine bareshaft compressors contracts successfully completed as proposals engineer and project manager - full project cycle from units technical preselection and budget proposal stage till delivery of the goods to Customer site.-Achieved close relationship and trusted advisor status with key partner packagers based on “win-win” philosophy
