I have over 20 years of experience in administration and management working in Education and Health sectors in New Zealand and Australia.My most recent experience being my time at General Practice Training Queensland (GPTQ), I was originally employed as the District Services Manager which oversaw the case management of registrars. Currently, I work as Head of Client and Support Services which oversees improvements in service delivery and support frameworks for general practice registrars across South East Queensland, from Selection and onboarding to ensure pathway compliance through to completion. I am also the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Chair, leading a number of projects to raise cultural awareness and understanding of the Australian Indigenous peoples. Prior to GPTQ, I was the Curriculum Coordinator, Science and Engineering Faculty (SEF) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) supporting the update, review and development of degrees for accreditation, reaccreditation, offered by the faculty. I enjoy leading and building teams and individuals, particularly through transformation and cross-departmental changes to bring together a uniformed service delivery model.
