As chairperson of the Danzy Family Association, I have the responsibility of leading the Board of Directors that has the charge from family units to insure the financial goals for heirs. The family is comprised of eight family units with elected and/or appointed representatives who form the Board of Directors. We are responsibility for policies that govern the business enterprise. As Chair, I utilize my research skills to locate opportunities that may increase the family's financial holdings, create committees and appointed individuals to serve in capacities conducive to various projects and/or tasks.

As the administrator of the ALA, I have responsibility of the day-to-day operation. This is an association comprised of domestic and international physicians who provide care for the voice, including the larynx. Utilizing my event planning experience and skills, I work with the ALA President and other members of the Council (executive board) to plan the annual meeting that is attended by more than 500 healthcare providers in the field of laryngology. My communication skills are utilized greatly with the Association's members as well as those who seek membership.

This is a business that caters to groups seeking assistance in planning various events, such as conferences, reunions, banquets, and receptions.
