I am a committed and hardworking individual who enjoys a challenge. I have developed strong communication skills and I am able to work effectively in a team and also on my own. I have many years administration experience, this includes staff management, support services, finance, HR, H&S, Supply Chain/Procurement, Commercial, street works/NRSWA, project management, I take pride in my work, trying to constantly learn and improve my knowledge of the job/tasks I do both for myself and as a team, I do my up most to be as accurate as I can, while keeping to deadlines I have the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, I have good time management, problem solving and organisation skills and I have the ability to analyse data in various formats and present any findings. I have good knowledge of Microsoft applications including 365, together with knowledge of other systems, I feel I am a quick learner for systems/processes that are new to me. I have spent over 30 years in administration this has included Street works, Commercial, Supply Chain/Procurement, PA work, finance, HR, H&S, front of house, diary work, data inputting, developing and maintaining systems and user guides, data protection, equal opportunities, reporting to managers and governors including designing and maintaining spreadsheets for data collection, organising and managing of promotional events and project coordinator. I have good problem-solving techniques to resolve ad-hoc issues, an eye for detail, ability to manage and communicate with a range of stakeholders, including senior level, internal leaders, managers, staff and external. I have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple request and task by prioritising my workload. I use Microsoft Office on a daily basis this includes 365, I also use Teams daily along with other packages related to my current role. I have used various areas of SAP for a number of years, I feel I have quite good IT skills and I am always happy to learn new systems/processes. I have the ability to form good working relationships and provide support and assistance at all levels. I have done direct and indirect line management this has included managing staff whose work covered different areas within the company.
