I am proud to say I have dedicated almost a decade of my life to working with data. I have amassed a wealth of hands-on experience across various data practices; from the very inception of data collection, through meticulous analysis, all the way to the art of visualization, and finally, the critically important domain of data governance. My background in experimental psychology and my professional journey has enriched my approach to data oversight, bridging the gap between data users' needs and interpersonal dynamics, human behavior, and project management. Currently serving as the Data Governance Manager at a rapidly expanding financial institution, I lead the development and implementation of our data governance program. My multi-disciplinary background has empowered me to balance the needs between advancing data capabilities and growing regulatory requirements, translating into actionable strategies that resonate with teams and stakeholders.My commitment to staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data governance is evidenced by my continuous education in the field, resulting in numerous certifications related to data governance, data quality, and data cataloging.
