Current- Social Media Management: Implement and manage social media strategies for multiple hospital brands, including developing and executing creative national campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, maintaining a content calendar, and optimizing performance through A/B testing and analytics collaboration.- Reputation Management: Oversee the hospital reputation management program, ensuring effective processes for business listings, training hospital staff on reputation best practices, managing vendor relationships, and providing support for review escalations.- Digital Marketing Support: Assist with various digital marketing channels, including SEO and local SEO oversight, and manage email marketing campaigns via platforms like Vet2Pet and MailChimp, averaging five campaigns monthly, along with handling targeted Facebook Ad campaigns.
