Lead the change management team in the IT department. Main focus is on the SAP ERP system, both on implementations to newly aquired business units as well as additional functionality. Our team also owns SAP sustainment training for the business. We are also the change management team for other applications including moving from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook, implementation of Windows 7, upgrading from Office 2003 to 2010 as well as the implementation of Sharepoint.

Ensured managers and leads received the appropriate training for their positions. This was for the entire Tax Services Office. As well, ensured the auditors for the tax services office completed individual learning plans and worked to ensure they were acted upon, consulted to auditors as to options around training and worked with headquarters to coordinate training to be delivered in Saskatoon.
