With over 13 years of experience in higher education leadership, I was recently the Campus President at Western Technical College, where I oversee the academic, operational, and financial aspects of the institution. I have a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Abilene Christian University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from The University of Texas at El Paso. My core competencies include student engagement, adult education, student recruiting, strategic planning, budget management, and accreditation compliance. I am passionate about providing quality education and career opportunities for diverse and underserved populations, and I have led multiple initiatives to increase enrollment, retention, graduation, and placement rates. I have also fostered strong partnerships with local employers, community organizations, and accrediting agencies to enhance the reputation and relevance of the college. .
