I am a psychotherapist, executive coach and author, working in a team of experienced coaches and business psychologists. We have each held senior management positions in digital media, sales, law and publishing, promoting best practices in management and helping people to flourish at work. Our aim is to help you to meet your potential, create the spaciousness to grow and the daring to succeed.My particular interest is to support people in managing difficult personalities and situations within the workplace, to help individuals to become more confident and teams to pull together.In addition to one-to-one coaching, I offer team workshops on building self-confidence. My book “Believe in You: How to Move From Self-Doubt to Self-Belief” is due to be published next year.
