They may have tax, inheritance or financing issues, or the families may have been affected by divorce, bankruptcy or other challenges. I enjoy solving nuanced problems and helping people set things right. Clients often return to use me for more than one transaction. I believe this is due to both smoother transactions and because I give extra attention to making sure they have the right tools to understand what's going on, instead of simply doing it for them. It's not just giving them more data, which anyone can get on Redfin, Zillow, or Trulia. I help clients filter out the noise and put that information in context. It's great to be recognized for my professionalism and transaction production by my peers (who say I'm consistently in the top 1% locally and nationwide), but I feel that each new client transaction is a chance to prove myself all over again. I'm also a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by only 4% of all agents nationwide. I'm also a Certified Relocation Professional, among just 0.5% of all agents nationwide.
