Maxine T. Hartley is an Executive Career Coach & Strategist specializing in career development, career management, career transition and new business start-ups. She coaches, by phone and in person, top tier executives, baby boomers, women and entrepreneurs. The seminars she leads are centered on assessments, branding, resume development, networking, interviewing, negotiating, entrepreneurship, cultural fit and women in leadership roles. Prior to coaching, she served as a Principal and Division President of three Manhattan based retained executive search firms and as a Co-founder/Principal of a Manhattan based training and development company.
